Shipping Policy

Where we Ship. Maison Verenne ships only with the United States. All prices are in USD.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 20–35 days after processing. Because Maison Verenne curates pieces from a network of makers and manufacturers around the world, some items ship from overseas facilities and take longer to arrive than typical domestic retail. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, holidays, or events outside our control.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping costs. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@maisonverenne.co and we'll help track it down.
