Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 20–35 days, depending on the piece and where it's coming from. Because we gather work from makers around the world, some items travel farther — you'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, reach out to support@maisonverenne.co.

Returns

What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email us at support@maisonverenne.co and we'll make it right.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay, including Shop Pay Installments. Every transaction is secure and encrypted.
