Order processing

Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times

Standard delivery typically takes 20–35 days from dispatch. We bring together pieces from a network of makers and small manufacturers around the world to build a collection you won't find in one place — which means some pieces travel a little farther to reach you. Every order is tracked to your door, and we think the character and the value are worth the short wait.

Where we ship from

Maison Verenne is a US-based studio. Our lighting and décor is produced with a network of trusted manufacturing partners, and many pieces ship directly from those facilities — some of which are overseas. This is what lets us curate a product collection that is truly one of a kind, and it's why delivery takes a little longer than next-day retail. We think it's a fair trade.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email support@maisonverenne.co and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping destinations & currency

We currently ship within the United States, and all prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@maisonverenne.co with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
